Bananas is a local Park City business delivering baked goods to customers. Founder and head baker, Henley Wismer, was affectionately dubbed Henley “Bananas” by her parents. As Henley grew passionate about baking, she found that her favorite recipes incorporated bananas. In fact, the first two items she baked were banana bread and banana cupcakes - the two “Bananas Specials” found on the menu today. Over time, Bananas Baked Goods has expanded to include cakes, muffins and a variety of other items. Bananas Baked Goods is spreading joy through treats.
